Colin, did you notice the louvres in front of the fridge vent? Could you create something similar for Beryl rather than a modern plastic grill?

Chris: I spotted the fridge vent, but thought nothing more of it. Of course you're quite right, and I'll look into that very carefully. I have some building vents of a similar pattern, and I might try them out with maybe a thin hardwood trim around them. Thanks for the idea!
