Incidentally, I'm currently looking at old Renaults for sale in Norway. If you go to http://http://veteran.autodb.no/ and select Renault, a few interesting ones show up - including a 16, for about 2 grand.

Thanks for that, there's even a 17 for sale. A bit newer than my two, but needing the same sort of work. They have quite a big following in Sweden, with their own website.
