cylinder head settings & valve clearance settings?

Hi all...
getting new head gasket on... and need to know the cylinder head settings and the valve clearance or tapid settings.. (or I should say my mechanic does..)
I do have the manuel but its buried deep in a storage unit as mid house moving... please heeeeeeeelp!!

Cylinder head bolt torque settings are 45 pound/feet
Valve clearances are
Inlet 12 thousandths of an inch and and exhaust 14 thousandths on an inch
