sorry playing catch up with posts. how does this work? do we add or someone add us? we live in hamsterley and would certainly be willing to provide cake if and when required!:D

I really like the map idea but I'm just thinking with the CVF meet at Cambridge, if somebody took the time to find this site they could easily locate some empty houses that weekend.

Or it that just me being too paranoid ?

All locations are approximate to the nearest town, not to the postcode or specific house for just such reason!

Rupert,
Having checked the map data, Oslo is 4 degrees further north than Bathgate (59 degrees rather than 55 degrees) [^]. But all the more lonely for it, in Commer terms..
Not having high hopes for a load of Commers turning up on our doorstep (although that would be very nice indeed), any of you visiting Oslo - whichever way you should choose to travel, please drop in for a tea! :) So unless this totally screws up your map, Admin, please feel free to include me too - if for nothing else than showing that Commer fans are to be found in the most unlikely of places :D
Oslo (city centre), Norway, phone +47 2205 0554.

Been meaning to put this up for ages. 10miles down the A13
from junction 30 on the M25 just before Basildon. all welcome.;);) might have cake:p will always have the kettle at the ready:D

Is there anyone else in the leeds area?? LS13, Laren.

Could i please be added next time you update admin. :) :)Happy to have a chinwag with some other CVF's if you pass by this way. help me feel normal!!!

HOW COOL!
Just noticed I'm on the map!

Thanks, Admin. Nothing beats the feeling of being included :D

And the offer stands, of course: any of you visiting the norwegian capital, give us a bell and drop in for a tea (which is a rare thing in this nation of coffee drinkers). ;)

Eh... for once, you've lost me, Panky.

There is a lot to be said about my relationship to black tea and Yorshire, true, but that goes back a long, long way.

I agree, Panky.

Mind you, they've become a volume tea merchant now. Remember I bought my first Taylors of Harrogate box of teabags when on visit to York back in 1989. Loved it from the very start, but difficult to get hold of then. When I lived in London for a decade I had to get it from Selfridges, as that was the only outlet which sold the Taylors tea. Now they've got their "Yorkshire Tea" brand which you can get everywhere - although I have an impression that the blend is somewhat different now. Doesn't taste just like it used to some years back. Or that could be my tastebuds getting old.. :D

Anyway, a nice cuppa is essential wherever you are :)

You just need practice and Yorkshire tea bags. Hint - don't put tea bag and milk in at the same time :I
