Cushion Help - ARGH!

Hello all!I'm in the middle of reupholstering my Commer camper van cushions, I took the opportunity to do this while the van was in the garage and I've managed to get myself in a total muddle as to how the cushions re-attach to the van having made no notes when I took them out.
Now I COULD wait a few days until the van is out of the garage and just go look myself, but I have a quiet 'working' from home day tomorrow when I could get all the sewing done, so I was wondering if y'all could give me a hand and let me know the attachment points so I can get this little job done without me making half the cushions with upside down patterns!!

ATM I have three cushions per bench;
• one seat cushion
with no fixings;
• one seat cushion
with four fixings - two poppers per flap on two flaps positioned oppositely;
• one back cushion
with three fixings - three poppers on individual tags, two one face, one on the other.

Now, I'm getting confused again already, so to simplify things I've done a diagram (leaving out flaps and tags and just referencing the corners as fixing points) - if you could just let me know, according to your vans (and assuming they have the same fixings!):
a) does the fixed seat go on the left or the right and
b) what are the fixing reference points according to this diagram (i.e. B1, B5, B6 and S2, S3, S5 and S7)

With the fixed seat cushion I'm not sure if two of the four fixings only apply when the seat is in the bench position and two apply when the seat is in the flipped up position, but it's only the bench position I want to know about here!

Phew! I'm sure this is far too over complicated, but I hope you can help!!

Hi Minky,
some photos done of my cushions and where the poppers are - but not all of mine line up with popper studs in my van. From what I remember mine were the same pattern as your old fabric - so could be similar set up - but please don't quote me on it:I

hope these are helpful

Hi Minky,

We have just had our van totally re-upholstered in blue with cream piping and matching gingham curtains. I have had all the tabs put in just like the originals, however I have not yet put the new 'poppers' on them yet. I will look tonight and get back to you. (Unless someone else beats me to it.)

Fab, thanks all!
Ah yes, I remember your gorg interior from the meet Razor, lovely job :p
Oooh, and SC, yeah, I saw the pics of your seat cushions on here and mine do look the same, still can't work out where they attach tho :(

on your diagram, as appearing in van - big long cushion is B1 & B5, B4 & B8 so vinyl back attaches to side of van just under windows, other tabs are opposite / reverse corners - am guessing so you can the flip them and have the vinyl facing outwards.

Smaller square cushion with poppers on mine has one long tab with a popper at each end between S1 and S4 and the other between S6 & S8 - again opposite reverse -hopefully photo shows what I mean. These are the tabs on my cushions that don't all line up with where popper studs are attached in van.

Smallest square is free floating.

The trick is to have tabs with poppers facing the right way - good luck - hope this has been a help and you won't be cursing me when you get the van back!:I
