Coventry Meet Oct 09

Hi Woolfy,

Dave can't make it as he's "the Godfather" at a Christening on the Sunday and has to be at a rehersal!!! on the Saturday afternoon, however, I would like to join in on the Friday night/ Saturday daytime so can you include me please.:)

Moley and Brian the Snail :)

yes i cant wait to meet every body again specialy the new faces.are we taking our own bbq stuff or is there gunna be something laid on for every body

Well Woolfy said something about the farmer laying on some grub depending on demand, I don't think a conclusion has been arrived at yet. He also said that we could use the bbq's provided...but we will prob take our own just in case.........kinda nice sitting round the camp fire/ bbq as a bit of warmth n glow to precedings I think...

''COMMER'EnSayThat''

Woolfy has offered to supply the BBQ with grub but I think most people are taking their own and using his big oil drum barbie :p Or is he making one from that front panel [}:)]

Harvey the RV

okey dokey ours is always in the van any way,i take it most people will take there own food which is cool.i luv the smell of burnt burger and sausage

Looks like you are going to have a good turnout:D Hope the weather picks up. Not sure the van wants to go back on the M40 just yet and may be a bit cold for the baby but in reality we are stuck till we sort out a solution to the baby car seat anyway:(

Maybe we will have to wait till a meet next spring/summer but have a wicked time:D

Oh and Danrigs, we live on the Sunshine Coast too so in the future we maybe able to Commervoy up to the meets:D

right then folks here we go then, the address for the farm and the camping weekend is. toldish hall farm.on parrotts grove. coventry, postcode, cv2 1nr. depending on which way you will be coming from on the road. if you arrive at the farm gate entrance and its on your left hand side then carry on down the road about another 100 yrds or so and you will see the gate entrance to the field on your left, i will be putting up a few signs anyway. and if you come from the opposite end which is from bulkington, you will arrive at the field entrance before you even get to the farm, so keep you eyes peeled for the commer van fan signs. cant wait to see you all there.;):p

Hi Woolfy / All

First off - Thankyou Woolfy for organising this meet. Will have to buy you a pint or two. Really looking forward to seeing all the vans and people.

Secondly, with so many people turning out we've decided to come down on the Friday night rather than the Saturday. What time will people get there, or should i say, what time is it Ok for us to turn up Woolfy?

Cheers, Matt
