Can't make most of Oct unfortunately, and until Frodo gets his new diff, I won't be travelling further than 30 miles from Alton - my hearing can't handle the noise and it limits us to about 35 mph :(

yes you can arrive whenever you like mate. the earlier the better, bring some overalls and i mifht be able to find you some work to do.haha. on a serious not though ladies, im moving into my new bigger unit soon and i have had to put a load of ply wood up at one end of the unit to cover a whole apex wall,im going to paint it a creamy colour and then i was going to paint a great big picture on it of a commer and have in big words over the top of it,coventry commer panels. so if your any good at painting bring some brushes if you fancy a go.:p;)

Might bring the car too, for the camping stuff, just to make it easier on Smurf :D

Woolfy, would we have to pay two lots of £10 per night as we will prob have Smurf, a large tent and car[:0][?]

pankys correct.keep it small between like minded people and friends,organising a show is horrific and you have to arrange liability insurance and all kinds of health and safety nonsense
has it got to be that weekend?the next week is school half term and its the national restoration show at stoneleigh which is just down the road from woolfys

Are you guys still planing on the 16th-18th Oct? We'd be interested in joining you all if you have room in your field.

Have never met anyone else who (currently) owns a Commer. Would be nice to see if you are all as mad as you sound.

he just said £10.00 per night per car cazz, but i might be able to get a bit knocked off for you i will see what i can do, but cant promise. as hes doing it cheap to start off with because hes got to hire the portaloo and set up his marquee, plus hes gonna supply some big bbqs for us to use. he actually said if on one of the nights we wanted to chip in a fiver each he would lay on a big slap up buffet and crub plus a barrel of beer.but i will have to have deffinate numbers to let him know so it is worth his while.;):p

I do agree with keeping it just for us lot this time, we can be the guinnie pigs lol so that when you organise it for next year it will all be perfect lol

We would be up for the farmers banquet too, as you said you would need numbers!....Five of us plus little Oliver (he can share mine & Cazz's

Cara has a 10am-9pm shift on the saturday and a 10am-10am sunday through monday (she does get some sleep during the shift for those keen on health and safety :D[xx(]) so we won't be able to make the majority of it, not together. I will get accross on the sat or sunday - would be able to stay sunday if that was anyones plan at some point?
