right ok ive spoken to rob the farmer , who some of you will remember from last year, he was the fantastic guy who videoed the commervoy leaving the field and put it onto youtube for us, and kindly let us use the field for the weekend and also supplied us with all the wood which we burnt.hes agreed that the weekend ive chosen is fine and that its all a goer. now it will be the same arrangements as last year we can supply a couple of toilets and a big bowser full of fresh water etc. there will be a marque supplied and communual barbeques for everyone too share. now if we like i can get a pig roast ordered for the saturday night for everyone whos coming,but i would need to know what sort of numbers would be attending to make sure that it will be covered cost wise. please can i have some sort of feedback on who will deffinatly be coming so i can get things arranged. i think the easiest way too do this is by giving you all my email address and if you could kindly email me with how many of you are coming in each party etc that would be ace. cant wait too see you all there. soory to the guys who wont be able to make it this time please accept my appologies, but do not fear because there will be anotherone next year i hope.[?]
