Couple of new docs

I have uploaded a couple of new docs to the site.

The first (courtesy of Steve Williams) is The QH Guide to Clutch Problem Diagnosis.

The second I am not sure if I ever mentioned, but is an updated version of Steve Loveys' "Commer File" written for the Classic Camper Club some years ago.

Both are available as links on the right hand column of the mechanical section of the main site: http://www.commervanfan.co.uk/mechanical.htm under Resources.
