Every mustang I have to bodge.... but I am getting good at replacing floorpans in them.

Here's the latest one - even had to make a new bit of chassis. It's all good practice though - shame there other bits being filled with P38. However, it's not my car and I am being paid well to do the floorpan.

Even my upside down welding has come on loads. I now have the welder turned up a bit higher and do shorter runs, or just dab welding as the previous photo.

My welder is old, but a good pro unit - especially now I have the correct piece for the wire feed, and a new inner liner for the welder - although having a 4m torch does have it's own set backs.

Mind you I did have a fire extinguisher brown-trouser moment yesterday[8D]
