Took a sneaky little trip to Steeple Lease farm in the Purbeck hills at the weekend. I cant recommend this camp site highly enough.

Am finally getting round to rebuilding the box. Using some straight cut gears[}:)]
But need a 3rd/4th gear selector fork...any one got one?

do you still need the gearbox bits Jules? I have the guts of a box I dismantled a couple of years ago. Let me know what you need and I'll have a look in me shed.

quick question - going back a few pages, how does the exhaust tape fitted in the engine compartment improve things?

The workshop is spookily quiet at the moment - no customers' classics are booked in [:0]
So I am going to restore my own van. The mechanics have now pretty much all been done over the last few years. So now its the bodywork. Out with the angle grinder. The first cut is the deepest as they say [}:)]

14 months later, workshop is spookily quite again. [:0]
So its back on with the van. All rubbish metal has been replaced, now doing a few custom touches like lights and frenching the filler cap etc.
