Firstly, Panky and Barb have kindly offered their services and have been nominated 'Ticket Sales Manager'. They will keep a record of everyone wanting to attend, take bookings and collect the dosh.
Next is cost. £25 per head (£10 for kids 6-16). This will include food and entertainment on the Saturday night, and camping facilities for the weekend.
A deposit of £5 per head is required on booking and the balance due no later than 30th June. Anyone wishing to pay in instalments, can do so, just ask Panky. [email protected]
Bumpetty bump
Hello chaps, I know it's still early in the year but we're at the point where we need to commit to the big expenditure for the event. So far we've had about twenty vans worth in interest (hopefully at least two tickets per van) but only a handful of actual ticket sales (thank you, you know who you are) So to make this the success it deserves to be we need more and I need to ask you to please contact me direct and confirm your booking with a small deposit so we can get things moving.
Commerfest 2010 was brilliant, lets make 2015 even better - so many new faces we need to meet[^]
