NOW then MR Woolfy!!!!!!!

You listen to me and everyone else....You MUST come to Martins in July.......you are as much a COMMER VAN FAN as the rest of us and are
a REALLY important part of why the rest of us can make it, SNAP out of the doldrums and get your fat ASS there!!! It simply will not be the same without you....who gives a flying toss if you turn up in a Commer or not?? NOBODY! it's about being a Commer van FAN!!! and nobody can take that away from you! it's taken Panky 10 years of coming in his Mini and lil blue tent (is he any less respected or ridiculed for it? NO!)

There has always been this secret feud between you and Mr Maltas (NOT) he is holding his hand out to you by offering you a Commer to sleep in!.....Life is too short and if you choose not to come join in, then I suspect it will be all down to a battle with Jimminy Cricket (your concience) well, BULLSHAT! to that ....Evereryone loves the Woolfman, so just be there or be square!

Either way, it is your choice and we will all still love you mate:D:D[8D]:D[8D]

ok ok ok i get the message.it just would have been nice to have gone in my own van for a change but with only one pair of hands working flat out on other peoples vans i dont have enough hands to get things like the brakes .hand brake and other bits done on my own .like i said i have all the bits just time not on my side as always.thats a vey nice offer of martin and i do appreciate it alot, me and mart have been talking alot just lately about various stuff and things are fine between us. we always talked just anyway just a bit of friendly friction thats all.:D;):p

Now we have an idea ;)

How about getting a trailer ;)
and putting all your bits into the Commer,
onto the trailer
and we can have a workshop, training session
and between everybody your Commer will be finished
and ready for MOT when you get home

Now what do you all think of that [^]

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!

Reminded that I haven't sorted tickets yet so searched through this post to get the details - Panky I will drop you an email in a bit.
Anyway to bump this event, I've collated on the various vital information from this thread for any other fellow stragglers who've yet to book up ;

Commerfest 2010-50th Aniversary

30th,31st July & 1st August

Location Commerland (aka near Sherburn in Elmet between Leeds & York)

Panky has kindly offered his services and has been nominated 'Ticket sales manager' - please email him [email protected] for bookings and he will supply the address for payments.

The cost is £25 per head (1/2 price for kids 5-15) - a deposit of £5 per head is required on booking and the balance due no later than 30th June. This will include a hog roast and entertainment on the Satuday night (http://www.sarahcollinsmusic.co.uk/) and camping facilites for the weekend. Martin Maltas is not charging for the use of the land but all profits are to go to Breast Cancer Research.

If you have already been to Commerland (Martins place) you will probably agree that the ticket price is probably worth the trip around the collection on it's own so everything else is a bonus.

Let's make it an event worthy of our vans - and the nominated charity - see you there

PS : really hope you can make it Woolfy - what better occassion to show off your services with Hunny and others in attendance
