Commer Walk Thru - King Pins

Hi all.

I've had my Commer Walk thru (1975) since 1993 and would love to keep it going.

Unfortunately it's failed (MOT) on the King Pins.

Q1 - Does anyone know what the part number/s are?
Q2 - Does anyone know where I might get some or do you have any?

If I can find my receipt, I'll let you know, if it's a '75 then probably very similar or the same as mine and they'll be Chrysler parts.
