Commer slave cylinder wanted

Hi all I am looking for a slave cylinder that fits 3/16 brake line , really stuck for this so any help really appreciated , the old slave cylinder is Lockheed with numbers 99363 I will need it posted to Ireland , , Any help really appreciated or if anyone has a brake line adapter that can bring a 5/16 bolt down to a 3/16 brake line bolt that would really help to.
 
May be easier to get a local hydraulic hose company to make you a hose with correct ends? I had to when local garage cross threaded it
 
soupdragon thanks for the suggestion i have been all over the place looking for an adaptor but have had no luck , I am currently looking into getting an engineer to to make me an adapted brake line bolt, I will try local hydraulic hose companies , thank again for the help , regards tintop
