Hi there,
thanks for letting me into the forum, i am cosidering buying a commer pb camper and i thought at first that it was beyond saving but having found your website with all the parts and panels that are still available i think that i will bite the bullet and go for it.
the funny bit is that i used to drive a commer panel van back in the 70's so i am quite looking forward to restoring it.
i will send in some photo's of it when i get it home

thanks for the replies, can you give me some details for the commerfest, we will be coming up for the saturday and sunday only because of grandkid sitting commitments.
is it possible to camp with a small tent as the commer definitely wont be on the road by then

Hello and welcome!

You'd be surprised how may people have been to meets without vans (and with tents) the first meet I went to there were two Commers, one tent and one modern van being slept in! (not counting the rest of the commer museum!)

T'was a very fine tent and I don't think we'll be seeing it again for a while - it was Panky's and that was before Harvey (his Van) came ou from the back of the garage.

there are some piccies here (none of tent unfortunatly)
