Im gutted to be doing this but i have just brought myself a mk2 transit recovery truck and havent got room or time to restore to keep it with my pick up truck and my camper along with all the rest of my fleet. If i dont get what i want for it i will break it up, keep the parts for my two vans and scrap the rest but I really really don't want to do that. It's got good straight quarter panels, excellent rear doors, new genuine rear valance, new genuine rear light quarters, solid rear loading floor with new fabricated corner sections, new genuine lower sill sections, n/s side of the fluets has been replaced with non genuine panel, comes with o/s non genuine flutes section, pair of non genuine front sill-step sections. Can supply good pair of front doors that need slight repair if price is right, and a used complete Commer pb front panel as the front panel on the van is the worst panel on the van. All chassie sections look good and solid last time i was under there. It runs and drives but needs brakes sorting. Hand brake works as new cable fitted. This would make an excellent project for someone who is looking for a panel van that could be a really good un molested van.

3. Stuff I might use..one day.
4. Stuff that might come in handy.
No not at the mo but the windscreen surround and pillars are all good its just from the headlamps down where its bad but the internal panels are still good

Big Bump for the panel van as its goin to be on the weigh bridge which I dont really want to do, and would rather someone took it on as a project but needs must as im now self employed with the company fleet growing and a recovery truck to store space is tight. I can supply the new owner with all the bits and panels to get it on the road, it has already had the early pb new old stock rear corners for old style lights, brand new genuine rear valance, both lower sills and more. The chassie and out riggers are all solid just the front panel, door steps, and one flutted side which can be supplied with van. I can also supply a choice of complete commer pb front panels one used one new and a choice of brand new sliding doors with all runners and rails or used standard doors. The engine is a runner and starts first crack. Mechanical wise just needs brakes sorting but hand brake works. You can even have the log book for the donor van which is a 1972. Will someone please save this van???
