just wonderd are all panels available for commers ? and is there any that cant be replaced ? - if chassis good then i can fix rest when can afford to.....

Look no further than this forum, Check out Woolfy and Martin, plus the links on the Home page for panels and pretty much everything else, you don't need to go to a Darksider ( VW ) to help. Its all here on one site

Woolfy will sort you out with the majority of lower inner and outer panels, and the peak in steel. What he hasn't got he can make for you. Go to the home page and look for Coventry Commer Panels for details Martin Maltas is reproducing some fibre glass items and can supply most mechanical bits - again you can find him on the home page.

you should be fine. It's not quite VW territory but we are quite well looked after these days with Woolfie making panels and Martin supplying lots of other things.
The rear corners where the achilese heel for a while but woolfie is now making them - oh and Martin and Woolfie both do restorations.
Most mechanical stuff it available from Speedy spares - and of course your friendly neighbourhood CommerVanFan forum for help and advice.
