I have been to look at this today, it is solid as far as MOT goes and looks reasonable. It is scabbing up around most of the roof gutter and has rust spots over the top of the cab and on most seams have started to get small bubbles (no where near as bad as my old one)Round the windscreen also not good. Underneath all the normal inner panels are rusted through. The interior is again ok and functional some of the doors were not attached to the cupboards. The water tank is inside not underneath. I didn't take it for a drive as I didn't think he would like my offer. and he didn't but it was not worth £3000 to me. It is perfectly usable. and the roof is the devon style I think it is where you get plenty of head room. Only 2 berth thou.
there is my honest opinion of it maybe it is worth more to some of you .

Good honest description and a trustworthy seller......I have seen much worse vans for a lot more money;)

Its a Dormobile roof not a Devon. I highlighted the areas that need most attention in the pics on the ad. Its a good honest camper with nothing hidden at a price that reflects what needs to be done in the future...not tomorrow!
Yes the water tank is inside the van? it wont freeze there!
Some people seem to want a mint van for banger money.
My opinion is obviously different to his.

I really like the roof as well (My favourite type). Obviously trodden on some toes, sorry, only my opinion everyone has one, but it is not for me. :(
 
days of the 200 quid van have long gone !
but you might get lucky!

The Commer has been sold to a lovely couple from the Sheffield area.
Loved the van, gave it a good looking over, and under, and were surprised how good it was, paid the full asking price and are collecting it this weekend. :D
