Hi Chaps,

I am new to this commer malarky having recently had a moment of madness and purchased a Camper. The thing is it looks like I need a new exhaust manifold - Does anyone out there have a 2nd hand one for sale or alternatively - Does anyone know where I find a new one. They seem to be scarce.

1725 engine with cast iron head - manifold is cast iron manufactured by qualcast.

Not sure if ive started this in the right forum but i'm sure i will get used to it.

Have you bought a Highwayman by any chance? Any pictures?

Whats wrong with your manifold?? Commer racer (Tim) may be able to repair it?

Hi All - Thanks for the replies, yes Chris its a 67 highwayman i will get some pics on as soon i can. Manifold was blowing so i removed it only to find it had cracked all the way round close to number four exhaust port. It may weld but would be beyond my skill level, if theres somebody out there with the required skills and not too far away i could drop it off for a try ?? Obviously would happily pay for any services rendered.

Looks like its a trip to Jules in Bromley or post to Tim, cheers guys I will check me schedule & postage etc and be in touch.
