Commer Highwayman for Sale

Hey all,
I bought our second Commer Highwayman just October last year. Been in the process of getting her evaluated and about ready to get started when we've decided to change direction with our business. This necessitates me selling her on. All in all she is in decent shape with the engine in near perfect order. Drives prefectly fine too.
The issue is that the sils on the truck are gone. Needs replacement. The previous owner really did not look after the undercarriage and there is surface rust that needs blasting off across the way. the exhaust has a hole in it and needs replacing too. Not at all a significant amount of work as assessed by the garage up in Weston-Super-Mare.
I paid £4,000 all in for her. Would be great if someone could take her off my hands for the same amount and I will be more than happy to get it transported out to you. It is a great van and just needs someone to get working on her ASAP. Get in touch if interested. Mobile - 07786660624. IF you need more photos...I have a bunch more so please email me if required at [email protected].
Cheers
Sid

No gas cylinders in this camper. It runs on petrol and part of me feels like keeping it because the engine is in just great shape.

Hi Sid,
I hope you're going to carry on with Peggy (Sue)!
We need the Indian Street Kitchen!
Baz
@bazzateer - Absolutely not. Peggy Sue is going in for her 6 monthly service next week. We are definitely not stopping with Indian Street Kitchen. God willing we will be able to move from strength to strength! We are looking to get into a permanent space this year and continue with Peggy Sue to all the Foodies Festivals. Not sure we are going to be back at Broadgate Circle again but will certainly be at a market close to you very soon. Been a while sinee met. Hope you are well and had a great start so far with 2018!
