unfortunately for us Tim he was already having problems when I got him,he keeps draining even his new battery so permanantly connected to the charger,...theres even an overdrive stalk under the dash!when you turn the wipers off sometimes he squirts water on the screen :I

Hmmm - sounds like the neighbours have plumbed into your electrics
I think disconnecting things one at a time and checking the drain on the battery ( I bet no one knew they had a plug hole:I), starting with the wipers, will narrow it down a bit.
