Ok, i've had it apart, honed it out a bit and added an o ring to back up the seal. Also found a spare cylinder and cleaned that up as well, so between the two of them we should be ok. Will carry 1 /2 gallon of brake fluid too

Well the Colonel made the 250 mile march there and back with no problems except losing the exhaust sealing ring on the way up [xx(]
Clutch slave is now fine and the gearbox is a godsend seems to manage 70 on the flat [^]
