I have noticed that once the air temp goes down in the evening the commer runs way better, a noticable increase in power. This has me thinking would an intercooler be a good mod? Would it be feasible?

I just need a good rootes...

Why not run an air ducting from in front of the radiator to the filter An inter-cooler would only get the air down to a couple of degrees above ambient at best so feeding cooler air from outside would be more efficient.

Colder air is denser and contains more oxygen you can duct it from outside the engine bay, but if it goes into a inlet manifold that is scorching hot, you've lost half the gains
