It looks very similar to a Bluebird, but the side windows are wrong and the interior is the wrong way round. The projecting rear lights should also be visible in the side view.

It's a Spacequest by Thomas Hoskins of Cardiff. Think Kes posted a picture of this van a while back at a show?

I started with nothing.....and I still have most of it!
 
So it's living not far from where it was converted, rare and a bargain to boot:)

And might I add that the bathroom on the right in the back there is what all us Highwayman owners would have killed for.

That is if it ever made production as such.. Looks grand on paper, that's for sure, and really smart too ! :p

The conversion is just as per the thomas hosking flyer but ours has the perkins diesel engine with overdrive.drove it home approx 30 miles and are now refurbishing it.

Our first one is a 1973 Highwayman that we have had for 6 months and has completed several trips.
A few mishaps with failing clutch cylinders and no indicators or horn but still good fun!
