Everything back yesterday an all good apart from overdrive not coming in despite solenoid operating... Initial panic then consideration over a cup of tea.... To stop oil leaking out of back the box had been kept 'pointing down' when in garage and van was also pointing down the drive for reassembly so no oil in overdrive. Checked gearbox oil level when horizontal and oil level was very low too so topped it up and overdrive all good. Took her for a blast down the A3 and hit 60 on the very optimistic Smiths speedo. Might take her on a work commute this week before a short trip to the head of the Thames next weekend...
