hi all have been very busy of late, i have got a problem with my clutch it would appear that on applying the clutch pedal not a great deal happens i get roughly three cm of travel at the slave cylinder and that is all, this means that i cannot engage any of the gears and this is a tad annoying.. have replaced the mastercylinder as it was leaking and done the seals on the slave cylinder but have not had any joy with making it work any better any ideas..:(if you wish to phone to laugh or offer helpful advice or ideas my number is 07801854767.. i am worried that the clutch has reasched the end of its servicable life and that i will have to replace it please some one help...thanks ben.
 
Did you have the problem before you changed master cylinder etc, was the clutch slipping ? If not it may be that the system just hasn't been bled properly although 3 cm at the slave cyl seems quite a lot. I replaced the seals a couple of times and the and the best way I found of bleeding it was to just let the fluid run through to the bleed nipple without pumping the pedal. Worked for me.
