Hey thanks fir the advice i got in the van and started to get pissed off with it so i dident put any wd40 on it i simply just started playing with the gearstick untill i yanked it straight into 4th , all gears now engage when engine is off. I need to free the throttle bar and then i can see if it will move under its own steam. I refilled the clutch fluid reservoir is the brake fluid the circular one next to it? The handbrake still works fine and i will bleed the whole brake system soon. Still may have a sticky clutchplate on the flywheel but i will just yank into second once engine is running if the clutch doesent engage. I contacted my friend who owned it before me and he said it was started and moving about 9 years ago because he needed to access something infront of where it was parked so i don't know what will happen.

The brake fluid reservoir is in the engine bay, at the back on the drivers side. Don't try and force it into gear when the engine is running, you'll just shred the gear teeth. Warm the engine up and switch off, put in gear with the clutch pressed down, handbrake off, then try and start the engine. The van will bounce forward and hopefully the clutch plate will come free. If it doesn't, space permitting, keep going and stamp on the brake, then accelerate a bit and stamp on the brake still with the clutch pressed down. If that doesn't shift it - unlucky[xx(]

Is there good resistance now when the clutch pedal is depressed[?](starting at about half an inch from the top of the travel)
Okay thanks will it work by doing the start in reverse ? My van is parked against a wall and cant be moved forward obviously? The clutch on gets some resistance a little from fully pressed the slave is moving

Yeah i have bled the cylinders and over the years in guessing the fluid has weeped through them but it holes all fluid and the pipes are in good condition. I took the wheels off which is a nightmare unless you jack the van 6ft off the floor haha. but i cleaned all the drums out and checked the pads which looks like there new but dirty from where no one has been in there for so long
