Hoping to take the van out for the first run on this though might be a little too much first time so may go in my dads MGC instead.
The heads gone back to the engineers to get a heater valve (kindly provided by Tim) tapped into it as the alloy head on mine hadn't been drilled at the factory, only way I can see to get a reliable flow going. Saturday will be busy putting it all back together again.
