Passenger side window cleaned up & resealed hopefully,made quite a mess...still need to use captain tollys on the ali frame...& while I was at it.....I cleaned the louvres up....still got otherside to do...its a big job.

Thanks Guys.....not sure about that Chris but hopefully nice & comfy with a little reliability built in & no chance of the wind taking the roof! Cant wait to start using it ...I miss my vans.
Just got Mr Racer to make up something beefy to secure the roof to today, will do other end tomorrow & more trim....I have left the cover off so I am quietly confident it won't leak might give one more go at Mr Tolly's....Its been getting some!
Still leaking through ali frames so more tollys to hoy.Scuse the mess we are clearing up

I arrived at van for another few days to find mega jolt fitted... wing mirror fitted after repair of door...12v usb & cigarette lighter installed.... fitted a tinted window in the roof.....made sure the bench seat & cushions made a nice bed....lubricated the seat mechanism works much easier now.... Marchal search light wired up....
