After all that, did you have fun?! That's the main thing! :D Sounds like quite an adventure; I hope that grinding noise isn't anything too serious.

yes had fun DRIVING that was mostly the best part [8D] had to hit the brakes very hard on one occasion would have been my fault too :I mini roundabout guy came up a steep hill in Holdsworthy didn't see him untill he was right in front of me I was almost on the roundabout bang on the brakes [:0] dogs went flying forward George was down for a few minutes poor things, cut up a couple of people too along the way due to badly signed roads, sorry about that :I you wouldn't believe the signs overgrown by trees hedges not good...sad I didn't feel like staying but next time I will be more confident navigating on my own.
Will get tim to have a drive see what he thinks, hopefully nothing really bad,

Sybhil & no1

Well still sounds like you had a lovely time and must of seen some lovely sites along the way.

Hope your shivers have gone and didn't turn into anything :)

If you've got about 4 gallons left in the tank then that's about 25mpg (working on £1.10p a litre)No bad considering the hammering you were giving poor Sybhil;)

Hope you are feeling better today:I
