Poor Sybhil, glad she limped you home - hope nothing serious.
Bessie's been pretty unhappy lately, mostly down to a few bits and bobs needed from speedys when they re-open:I but am starting to wonder if the quality of petrol has dropped lately with all the recent running problems folks seem to be having[B)]
At least the slogan 'Don't drink & Drive' is now becoming redundant - who can afford to do both at the same time[?] [

she did start to have problem after fueling I did wonder if I had put correct fuel in :Ior if it was a bit dodgy [)]
Tim has had a look thinks possibly just the heat [8D]there was some snake skin in the fuel pump filter,need to get back out and just have a test drive see if she's ok or not,she started up ok

The curtains were only temporary :I you can have too much of a good thing [}]not sure what to look for fabric wise yet.

charged syhbils battery yesterday [xx(] still wouldn't start,umm I thought popped indoors looked through osylager stuck nut on starter [}] fetched a spanner out tried again & presto...
I thought umm not a lot of fuel in her but her gauge is faily good it drops well below empty,,yes got to have a commer fix[}]
Took her for a drive not a splutter [8D]but I did notice temperature going up [V]
Today I had to get fuel & go to the bank,I got to the garage on empty [^]drove a couple more miles umm temp going up,time to pull over,waited till it was safe to open the rad topped her up where's all this water going [?]checked the oil err yuk very milky manky lookingyes she got me home without missing a beat.
I don't think we will bother with another head gasket,just hope she can be sorted for the next meet.

good to hear you've got some Sybhil motoring in, even with the milk emulsion[V] hope it proves possible to solve easily - is it something that you can temporarily ease by loosening the rad cap?

Hi Kes just avoiding going any where in her unless absolutely neccesary like for a commer fix
It's nothing the red top won't fix....but Tim's rather busy so could be some time
