hi John...do you mean the renault? i was looking at a full engine strip down to find out what was wrong, or a replacement engine at around £1200...would of liked to kept it, I loved that van

I advertised it at about 3pm y/day as a non-runner and said I wanted around £800...by 18.30 i had sold it for £800....sounds daft but I was quite upset over it...

we removed one of the engine mounts to allow removing the cover where the timing bel etc sits and nothing was obvious...it was trying to fire up but was making one hell of a rattle/knocking...that van and I spent 5 years and about 200,000 miles together lol...even if the guy spends £1200 on it he will still end up with a cheap van
