Thanks, CharlieCommer. Christmas was very good. We spent it at home, the three of us. Went to Stockholm for New Year weekend for celebrations with friends, which was great. (The 7 hours' drive from Oslo to Stockholm - and the same back to Oslo - was less great, obviously.. )
Both Commers are well tucked away for the winter, and I'll soon visit "the usable one" and get it started. Am trying to start it up every six weeks or so, and I haven't been there since late November now. Then it started on the first flick at that starter button

Moving it a bit backwards and forwards to keep the clutch free and for using the brakes a little, all in the interest of keeping it as good health as possible for the spring. There is limited space in between all the modern motorhomes which are parked in the same barn, but there is some space for a little movement
Got my new (used) Lucas European 700 headlamps just before Christmas, which are required for getting the camper approved for use on Norwegian roads. Purchased them from parts guy in the Rootes Club of Norway, which seems to be bunch of really nice people. Most of them seem to run Alpines and Minxes, and the odd Imp. There doesn't seem to exist even a single example of the Commers we're all involved with - apart from my two babies.
So, a good Christmas and good New Year bash at your end? And everyone else's for that matter?
