Camper weigh v trailer

Hi all
I am looking at buying a Commer camper and checking that it will fit my trailer, have been looking around and have come up with the following:
Front track 48" = 1219mm - using 205 tyres = 1014 between tyres min
Rear track 55.5" = 1409mm - using 205 tyres = 1614 across tyre max
Wheel base 90" = 2286mm
Weight van 2579 lbs = 1169kg - saw a mot brake test on here at 1300kg+ I think this would be a camper?
Can someone confirm the weight as that looks to be the limiting factor?

Thanks
Nigel

Hi Nigel and welcome to the Madhouse :)
Take a look on here

Add a bit more for the camper interior. Hope this helps.

Hi Panky
I saw that thread but could not believe it
"Presuming you have a standard petrol van, with rear doors only;
Front 1140kg
Rear 1140kg "
I read this as per axle therefore 2280kg total???

I though it was a bit much too, I guess if the numbers above are from a weigh bridge then it wouldn't be showing just the back or front half of a van but what is after the leverage point of the axles.
This from the Olyslager manuala and contradict the numbers in the other thread. Sorry don't know what the abbreviations mean

That makes sense.
I was always under the impression that camper like an Auto-Sleeper weighed in at about 1.5 tons and a coach-built around 2 tons, rule of thumb but pretty close I think.

No idea what mine weighs now...
