Buttercup reborn

Buttercup is now doing good service and passed onto Lindsay's son at Uni apparently (maybe it will become a passion wagon :D:I).
However it has developed a small leak at the front behind the dash. I know its not the usual culprit of screen seal as we built the screen aperture back up & fitted a new seal, and even siliconed it in for good measure. Or the grill seal. Or aperture seal. [?]
Any suggestions before I get Lindsay to bring her back for a look?

It could be the heater box (not the matrix). There could be some rot in the box or the seal between the box and the front panel.
