Ive got a problem.Both seal kits ive got dont fit even though they 'should' do.The van is a 1975 Highwayman and both kits are 'supposed to be' for the van. Ive checked the part numbers and the van should have the 5038191/KL71535 kit (up to 1976)which I have.Have a look at the pics below..
This one shows the master cylinder taken off the van and the internal parts including the seals (just below the master cylinder body

This pic is a close up of the seals taken out of the current master cylinder (note both have a hole in them)
This pic shows the 2 new kits I have against the old set for comparison.Top set is the a spare kit that came with the van,second down is a kit ive just bought (slightly different internal diameter of the hole of the first set) and lastly the bottom set is the seals out of the current master cylinder.As you can see the top 2 only have one seal with a hole in it (which doesnt fit because they are thicker then the old one anyway)
Im completely stumped now-can anyone shed any light???
