Bracket for throttle on Weber 34 ICH Carb

Hi all

I have a replacement Weber on my van. But the operating lever is wearing badly. The hole is gradually opening up on the flat sided throttle spindle.

Does anyone have a spare off a disused Zenith I can have to remake one with a tighter fitting hole? Or an idea where I can get something else will work.
