[:(!] Gutted He FAILED :(

A leaking brake pipe union to be fair the MOT tester tried to tighten it but that made it leak more, so he had to fail him.

As I said Gutted this is the first fail I have had in five years.

Just spent an hour in the garage made a new pipe up with new ends and the leak is sorted , But cant take it back until Friday so will have to wait till then before driving him on the road.:(

Nice things, I've always fancied a stiletto or imp sport myself. Put a bag of sand in the front to sort the handling out and you're ok (oops that'll stir it :D).

I have heard a well sorted one will give a cooper a scare tho . .
 
If you match engine size for engine size the Imp wins every time. Bag of sand no longer required, just need right springs.

Well, at least the retest will be a formality. At least it wasn't the front to rear pipe? They're a bugger to change.

How long is it before Franks is going to be towed by Gladys on an A Frame?

I have been in a well sorted one (well, reasonably) driven by a copper - and that's given me a scare or two! :D
