Bonnie

So thats how you identified the Jennings currently on ebay then:D

Beautiful, upside down indicators and all;) Must be a Jennings thing:)

They are indeed:I
Harvey needn't worry, he's my GTi camper great for weekends and meets but Bonnie is more of a long lazy holiday van, perfect for a few trips we've got in mind[8D]

Lots of really enjoyable happy days for you for certain, having both Bonnie and Harvey, as well as the Mini. [8D]

Nowt wrong with upside downs/lights and indicators, sets those vans from the rest

definately get rid of those awful plates and get some nice period black ones;););););)

back to my "rootes"

It's in hand;)
While crawling aroung Bonnie this evening, into all the cupboards and nooks and crannies, we found a HUGE water tank - it completely fills the space under one of the bench seats, I'm not sure I want to carry that much ballast:I

She's lovely Panky.

Glad you've seen the light and come over to the Coachbuilt side:D

On the two interior pics, there are horizontal strips of wood, just behind the cab. What are they for?

Hope you enjoy the new toy!

Thanks chaps, if they are the strips I think you've spotted, running along the sides in front of the windows, they are the bunk brackets. You can see the hammock rolled up on the floor. There's a wooden divider that pulls up to close the rear off from the cab, it all looks very woody when it's in position.
You may notice the similarity in the layout to Pootle, that's because it was the same bloke who designed it. He first effort was the Parralanian then he went to the Jennings Coachworks and then moved on to Tourstar, small world :)

Apparently there's a building on fire just up the road from us, not sure which one but there's not many in that area, sounded like gas cylinders going off[:0]

I wondered if that was what they were for. Had thought about putting one there for our little one. Couldn't decide about over the bed or in the cab. The interior on Bonnie looks in great condition, as does the outside.

All these new vans appearing makes us realise how much we missed not managing a meet this year. We'll make more of an effort next year as Jasper will be a little bit older. Will look forward to meeting your new van in the flesh.

Sounds pretty nasty, hope there is no-one hurt.

I'm sure it will be OK, there's a garage, a builders yard and a plumbing centre around there - I doubt if anyone would have been there on a Sunday evening, made us jump though:I

Yup, being a Sunday night might be a consolation (if any) if there wasn't anyone there or in the surrounds of the fire/blast.
