Oh I'm still in shock a bit! and I'm just enjoying the calm before the storm at work! As from from next week I take under my wing Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter,Barnstable in addition to...........yawn.........go as far as Eastbourne in other direction![:0]

Got a fair bit done today... well a small amount to what needs to be done lol
Colin managed to get the petrol tank off, which was a little hard but he got there in the end.
Amazingly it is pretty much spotless inside, not a trace of any snakeskin at all... so that was a bonus
Needs a bit of clean up on the outside.
Have had plenty of help too from Oliver, Joshua and our neighbours son. We took all the fibreglass skirts off and are rubbing them all down. So Oliver helped brush all the dirt and cobwebs off, and the older ones helped with the sanding lol..

Woolfy: Lets hope so, think we will def be ordering a few panels lol... Are you making the peaks yet as couldn't see them on your site. And how do you make the rest of the cab roof, or do you do those too...

He brushed about a yard of top soil of the rear end today lol.
Important Q: Has anyone ever removed the coach built from the chassis[?]
Looking at the cab roof we can get to the roof if we remove the panel inside that little bedroom... But not sure if we will be able to get the rest of the welding that it needs on either side and underneath with just removing the Wooden floor. [?]

Panky!, dead right we are inventing it lol.......we just are looking at what needs to be done and trying in our own little bubble, trying to see how we can do it thoroughly and to the best of our ability! (ie; which bits to stick the duck tape to ,to achieve max strength) and then sell it on......and by this time next year Rodders

Don't worry - It's got to be done - it's most probably been done before, but not on here. You will have lots of help and support so it'll be fine. Don't run before you can walk - one bit at a time and work your selves up to the big jobs. Cazz has bought you the bestest of pressies but it will take a while to put right - that was the plan wasn't it

Hi All Well, took most of today to rig up a temp petrol tank (no point putting real one back as would have to take it out again to weld near it) and we ripped out most of the timber flooring to reveal.............[?]
Yup! lots of daylight!! The frame for the coachbuilt is timber that sits on kind of extra out riggers, 3 each side and 2 at the rear, it needs replacing all round. The rear n/s corner is now floating in mid air so the back door will not shut lol
The rear corner floor pan bit has been very crudely bodged with fibre glass.....most of the timber frame of the rear panels needs replacing
Still, learning loads about how they are built and enjoying the challenge
