Am going to look at it this weekend. At the moment, I seem to be able to empty the float chamber in the carb is I keep my foot on the gas too long. I think the fuel pump I put on the replacement engine isn't up to filling the carb quick enough, so I need to either find the other pump that was on the previous engine, or replace it with an electrical pump.
I can still drive her as it stands, but my ability to accelerate is rather limited (which will probably help the fuel consumption). Just need to continue clearing the workshop and find that other pump.
Is anyone going up from the south east on Friday morning that want a safety in numbers approach?

There's no room in babs for tall people like Baz, even if he wanted to sleep on the front bench seat, he'll be just a bit squashed. As the awning is just a big tent, he'll be fine in there. At least it proved to be watertight at the meet in Wales. Main concern for me is if Babs is going to make it. As he is only coming sat morning and staying one night, there's no point pulling a huge trailer tent all the way up to Blackpool when there's plenty of space in the Awning.
