Wouldn't have been surprised if clamper didn't do his back in trying to reach the front wheel.
On a more serious note, reading the article, wouldn't it have been reasonable for someone to write to people advising them of the highway situation before clamping. A bit heavy handed. [

Sent an email to the paper, saying i`d be interested in buying it if he was willing, but had no reply yet. May have to take a trip out to where he lives and have a chat as it`s not far from me.
