That looks fantastic and the perspex roof is also a genius idea. Floods the interior with nice diffused natural light.

Little while yet. Got to sort out getting her registered, MOT'd etc (I'm assuming that the engine and gearbox just need a little tweaking). Then Rachel gets to drive her home. Then she'll drive her to get hand controls fitted and at that point she's all mine....mwahahahahahaha

I've got DIY window sticker making stuff from PC World and it'll have a sticker in the back saying Patience: Restoration by Coventry Commer Panels. I've just got to work on a design for it.

Seats dropped off yesterday. Looking better in the flesh than the photos. Body & Chasis numbers written down, hope that's enough for DVLC to transfer ownership without paperwork so we can sort out MOT and Tax. Completion getting closer every day :D

Quick update - Woolfy has started the engine and she sounds sweeeet. I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting for DVLA to send the replacement registration documents to me. There was a strike so taking longer than planned.

Grrrrr they say wait 6 weeks, so you wait 6 weeks, then you ring up and they say that they've not got the paperwork and can you send it again. I'm not a violent man but I could shout a lot at DVLA at the moment grrr
