Pretty much looks as Woolfy described it, so no panic here

the good thing is that if you start with a basket case in the first place, you know once youve cut all the rust out, that it will all be good from there on.some vans look tidy but lurking underneath they hide alot of this crap.

I am still curious about the roof that came with her..

Is it wrong or a version of the solid side pop up such as the one Cloe has...

Looks like it could be an early Autosleeper

It certainly looks like an Autosleeper, the windows and side water tank filler are the same as Harvey's and the remnants of furniture are a give away.
SunbeamSam's 'Snail' is a very early one and has a narrower roof, maybe yours is another version - or a home made replacement. What is it made of, are there any sides to the roof or have you just got the lid.

Rustporn and progress as at 27th March. Loads of work by Woolfy cutting back and sanding down paint (and rust) to findthings to weld things too !

I've still not worked out what the woprd above the badge is butthe badge does help me make up my mind to go with a new Auto-Sleeper interier....it's a classic because it works...but I'd be interested if the word above picks her out as an aniversary version or Ainsworth(???) or something.
