yes as you may all well know by now ,after starting to rebuild the van back up ,i kept looking at it and thinking to myself that i wasnt completely happy with the end result with the respray which we had done on it. bass came up and looked around the van about three or four weeks ago and said nothing about it apart from that he thought it looked lovely.but after he left i just couldnt get it out of my head that i wasnt happy with it within myself, so i decided to strip every last nut and bolt back off and take it away to another spray shop to have it repainted, this time the money coming out of my own pocket. im now a thousand pounds lighter in the pocket but boy im glad i did it because when you see the van in the flesh it just looks ten times better than before. now i can sleep at night know ive done my best for basses money. the only trouble ive got now is to convince bass that it looks ten times better because he doesnt know that ive done all of this behind his back so to speak. i hope he likes it.[:0]:p;)
 
dont get me wrong the first respray wasnt the worst ive ever seen by a long shot ,its just that i wanted it to look even better than it did, and i thought it looked to army green for my liking, where as this time its been painted in rrools royce and bentley british racing green instead. to be honest it looks even better in the flesh than what these pictures show.:p;)
 
Tremendous colour choice [^][^][^][^][^]as Dodgemark says STUNNING .I absolutely love it and i'm not keen on greens:p:p

back to my "rootes"
 
I was gigging last night so only just popping in after Woolfy told me they were here. Looks good. Explains why Woolfy's been quiet for a few weeks ;-) Going up tomorrow to see her in the flesh and to be totally blown away

Bass is one lucky bloke to get his hands on that. Can't wait to see the interior.

is woolfy doing the interior as well[?] if he is and its the same standard as the exterior, that van is going to end up better than it first came off the production line. AWESOME[^][8D]:D

He is, with one of his team. The interior will be functional rather than concourse standard, that's down to the budget not the carpenter.
