Must still be a hydraulic problem then:(
Might be worth checking for a leak on the pipework or cylinders, could be the master cylinder seals are shot and theres not enough pressure to disengage the clutch plate.
 
RH but we will see what it adds up to in july !

and the very easy mistake of bolting the slave the correct side of the bell housing? .......sorry i know it sounds obvious but easily over looked:I

I had this the other week when I fitted the new master cylinder. Even when connected to a compressor, the ezi-bleed wouldn't the system sufficiently. Went back to the two man up.....down...hold technique. With some energetic pumping we got the clutch working.

why would you need to take the box out again?? do you really think the plate might be back to front? ...:I

But there's no way I can get someone in the cab while Harv's in the garage:I. I can actually pump and bleed from underneath by myself - no comments please:I
