Doors are repaired and are at the sprayers so that i can get them dressed when they come back and then get the van MOTed so i can drive it to the spray shop but had afew problems with the guy who was supposed to be doing it, but hopefully now sorted!

I'll need to rig up some kind of blower to blast the fuel down the miles of tubing :I

is the pump working ok, diaphram not perished or split. float needle sticking or full of crud. pipe connected to the right spout [?]

Come in for a break. Put he Mini carb on and re checked timing - no difference. Took the dizzy off and changed condenser - re checked timing with a cicuit test - no differnt. Not even attemping to fire and the battery's been on charge all night[V]

have you tried a little bit of choke :II will go ask Tim for any ideas....but you may have to wait while he sorts syhbil bits out :D[}:)]:D

are you actually getting a spark when cranking and is fuel at the carb, you have got the rotor arm in and is the coil getting hot [?]

I bet something is not connected something really silly it will be try the mini battery in Harvey [?]I know it sounds silly but if Herveys battery is knackererd no amount of charging will work.

Nowt - I've had the Mini battery on as it is brand new - cranking away like a good 'un. Changed the fuel pump and HT leads - plenty of fuel but just not firing - maybe when the new electronic ignition arrives :I
