Thought I'd mention on here first before advertising elsewhere as I have been presented with a situation that forces me to put Babs up for sale. Needless to say I am completely gutted and cannot believe I am writing this.
most of you will know Babs' recent history, but for the benefit of anyone reading this that does not, here it is in a nutshell.
1969 PB Autosleeper, completely refitted to trade as a mobile espresso van, this interior and all the kit will remain, my intention is to offer for her sale as a viable business, however should there be no interest in her then I will remove the equipment, then reinstate as a camper and re-advertise accordingly.
Recent MOT (last month - no advisories)
Structurally 100% sound, no mechanical issues, non overdrive box. Bodywork is ok, presentable but no show winner.
She has an Astoria two piston espresso machine, just serviced and descaled last weekend, very solid and totally reliable.
Comes with absolutely everything to serve coffees, hot drinks, cold drinks (still space to fit other kit like a donut machine or hot dog warmer), however fully stocked to trade as is. Quite literally just add water and away you go.
Machine runs on either LPG or 240v electrics, van has 240 hook up and a 12v 110Ah leisure battery with a 600w inverter to run ancilliary electrics when running on the gas and not hooked up to 240v.
Nothing would please me more than to see Babs continue trading, so if you've got this far and would be interested please PM me and I'd be happy to discuss in more detail.
A very unhappy
