Awning repairs

I delivered my awning to a place in Newmarket over a month ago, to repair some pesky mouse damage - and finally, after two chasing calls they have got back to me to say that it's very rotten and instead of £80 to replace the tunnel and stitch up a repair, they will want more than double this and say the fabric is rotten. It's well faded, but by no means rotten. Of course they took over a month to take a look at it - not at all impressed as I emphasised I needed it by the beginning of August.

Can anyone recommend any other repair establishments?
 
Andy I don't know if you would be allowed to do it on herte but I believe in a policy of name and shame. Better wait and see what admin says first.
 
How about contacting the bloke in "Services offered" who does upholstery. It might be something he would consider doing.
